Renders for headshots

I'm creating a contact marketing campaign for professional prospects. Basically I want to take available headshots and convert them to look like the STIPPLE style of the WSJ (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sZs7o3pubko). I'd like to start with 30-40 headshots.
