Project Overview:
We’re seeking an architect or visualizer to design a G+4 luxury mixed-use building with a cellar for car parking. Deliverables include:

Photorealistic 3D renders (exterior + interiors)

60–90 sec walkthrough video

Marketing-ready floor plans

We will provide a Total Station survey, and you will design for space optimization and premium presentation.

Building Layout:
Cellar: Car parking (maximize space efficiency)

Ground to 2nd Floor: Corporate retail (banks, airlines)

1st Floor: Premium offices

3rd & 4th Floor: Furnished daily-rental apartments (modern layout)

Deliverables:
3D Renders: Exterior + key interiors (JPEG + web-ready)

Walkthrough Video: 4K + 1080p MP4 (60–90 sec)

Floor Plans: PDF + JPEG (300 DPI), with furniture layout

Optional: 3D model (SKP or FBX with textures)

All files must be easily viewable — no special software required

Ideal Candidate:
Strong portfolio in luxury/corporate projects

Fluent in 3ds Max + V-Ray/Corona or Unreal Engine

Good understanding of branding, layout, and materials
