3D Architectural Renderings for Pre-Engineered Steel Building with Office & Warehouse
Job Description:
We're looking for a skilled 3D rendering artist or architectural designer to create high-quality exterior and interior renderings of a 100' x 200' x 24' pre-engineered steel building. Pitch of the roof would be 1:12
The building will serve as a warehouse with an integrated office section. Your task will be to bring our vision to life with realistic, professional renders that showcase the full exterior, landscaping, parking layout, and detailed interiors.
Scope of Work:
Exterior:
Full render of a 100 ft x 200 ft steel building
Dark grey steel exterior panels on the main warehouse
Office section to feature wood-style steel panels with black accents
Include 6 loading docks on the warehouse side
Large glass doors and windows for the office portion
Parking lot and landscaping to be included (trees, green areas, walkways, lighting)
Optional aerial view is a plus
Interior:
Warehouse interior should be open space with white steel finish on the walls and ceiling
Office area to include:
Modern desks with computers
A front lobby/reception area
Appropriate interior decor for a clean, professional office environment
Deliverables:
Minimum of 4–6 high-resolution renders (exterior and interior)
Files in JPG or PNG format, and optionally source files (SketchUp, Revit, Blender, etc.)
Optional: Walkthrough animation or 360-degree views (if available and within budget)
Ideal Freelancer:
Experience with steel building renderings
Strong skills in 3D visualization software (SketchUp, Lumion, Blender, 3ds Max, etc.)
Attention to detail and ability to follow architectural specifications
Portfolio with similar projects (please include examples with your application)
