3D Renderings - Apartment Building and TownHomes

My Project needs 3 different designs. 2 Renderings of each design. 6 3D Renderings in total, and 1 street view of the project if possible.

1-story townhomes, 2-story townhomes, and a 2-story 24 unit apartment building. I’ve included the survey, a few designs that I’d like to follow the theme of to match the neighborhood, and some notes for each one below. I only need street view and exterior renderings of each design with some curb appeal. No interior renderings or floor plans needed at this time.
The townhomes will be in rows of 4 as seen in the survey and pictures attached. The project will be called White Pine Court.

Please refer to the survey attached - Blocks D,G,F,H Will be 2-story townhomes, and Blocks A,B,C,I will be 1-story townhomes.

Apartment building – I’d like to see a similar design to the picture attached (Light grey design) but a more rectangular design as shown in the project survey. Please add some more brick to accent the building like the entranceway. The siding can be a similar.

1-Story Townhomes – Similar to the Lot34 PDF attached with black soffits, trim, and windows. For context, They are going to be 2-bedrooms

2-Story Townhomes – Similar to the Picture2 attached but black windows and soffits as mentioned for the 1-story townhomes. These are going to be 3-bedroom units, also rows of 4.
