Rendering plans

I like to get a redeering done from plans for a house, with inside and outside looks with showing people and car on the driveway with grass outside and furniture and other items inside so that it feels like a real home, this is one project only with 8 almost identical houses, the front house is a bit different and the rest are similar so two houses to show inside with furniture and the outside bit. Also if you could let me know if video is possible as well.
