3D Rendering for a plotted land -- 2
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I'm looking for a talented and experienced designer to create 3D Renders. This layout will be used by real Estate Developers, so it needs to be of the highest standard. Specifically, I'm looking for a 3D rendering, and a landscaping design. Additionally, I need to feature specific objects in the layout design —it’s a must. If you have the necessary skills, please contact me. Thank you! I have attached a sample for reference. I need the plan almost the same but professionally refined. I have attached few reference on how the output should be like
INTERNAL ROAD:-
30 Feet Wide Road Trunk. Out of the 30 Feet marked for road the following is the breakdown
1) 5 Feet of Landscaping (Treeline) on North Side
2) 20 Feet Wide Paved Road
3) 5 Feet of Footpath
PLOTS:-
Each plot needs to have an upscale house placed for renders
3D RENDERING REQUIREMENTS:-
1) Need 3-4 Renders (Plot Render, Road View Render, Ariel View Render and Entrance Render) (Examples below)
2) Each plot need to have a boundary wall of its own
3) There need to be trees and plantations in common areas and along the road
