Render this Garden

I am looking for a skilled and experienced freelancer to render my residential garden design. The ideal candidate should be able to follow my instructions carefully, as I have specific elements that I want included in the design. These elements include a patio, and flower beds. The design should be visually appealing and functional. I would also like a rendered walkthrough around 30 seconds long. Please see the files attached.
