Render 2 apartment layout - provide total price for both - Aiming for $60

The attached Screenshot provides the desired look. But I am open to your suggestion.

Airbnb in Mexico. The image for each rendering should fit nicely in an AirBnb display of the apartment. So, provide the appropriate image size.

This is required for two apartments:

Apartment 1: See attached dimensions.
Apartment 2: 2nd apartment is 80 M2. I will provide layout specifics after your quote. I have not done it yet.

I will also provide a picture of the apartment so you can replicate that as best as possible in your rendering.
