3D Render of a Sports Complex

Hello,
I am looking to do a modern eco sports complex which is about 6000 square meter (the green area in the map).
The name of the complex is Hyper Centro Deportivo.
The lot itself is 12,470 SQM but more than half of it is protected zone so no construction can be done outside of the green area. Where it says "Reja" (I marked it in red) that is where the entrace of the sports complex is from the road to inside the lot. There should be an enter and exit paths for both walking and car visitors.
The parking area would surround would be the blue line (right outside the green area).

I would need a overview masterplan with the zones/areas labeled as well as the dimension of each label, 5 renders, and 2 minute video.
Here are the 5 areas:
Welcome Area:
1 40 ft container that would be use for storage equipment, beverage sales, checking in/out guests.
This area would also have 4-5 seating areas and a pulic restroom.
Padel Area:
4 padel courts, each with it's own independent roof. Each padel court should have a seating area for the players and guests, and a referee chair.

Futbol 7 area:
2 7vs7 soccer (football) fields. It should have a bench for players on each team, and a seating area for guests. The field should be surrounded by net all around.

Arena in which in team would have on each side the following covers:
