Realistic Environmental Models Blender to Unity -- 2
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I'm working on some environmental models intended for Unity and I need an expert in Blender to help with lighting. The models are designed in a realistic style, so a keen eye for detail and understanding of realistic lighting is crucial.
Ideal skills and experience include:
- Proficiency in Blender and Unity
- Experience with environmental models
- Strong understanding of realistic lighting
- Attention to detail
The size of model and blender files at current state is about 500mb and 200mb. We have a reference created in UE to consult. But basically it's a realistic rendering of a facility.
Timeline 3 days
you should work via anydesk
details of general job overview:
1- remove repeated objects or vertices, and reduce the number of faces where ever its passable,
to reduce the file size as much as passable. (refer to image 1 for example)
2- all faces must be either quads or tris, nothing more. (refer to images 2-3 for examples)
3- faces "normal" have issues some faces will look dark and need splitting and some faces are pointing to the wrong direction,
you are expected to fix the issue with the faces.(refer to images 4-5 for examples)
4- cut the larger objects into multiple smaller objects.(refer to image 6 for example)
5- fix all UV maps of all the objects. (refer to image 7 for example)
6- some objects have images as texture, insure the images remain as they are without change.(refer to image 8 for example)
after fixing all these issues you should be able to generate light map,
but before generating the light map you should add metallic martials with reflections and surface effects,
you are expected to deliver the unity scene with the map light generated with no issues.
