Realistic 3D Animation with Lightning Effects

I'm looking for a skilled 3D animator to create a realistic animation for marketing purposes. The animation will feature a 3D hand object model that was created in meta shape and a 3D pentagon shape frame, with the background effect of the two logos rotating in the dark and being illuminated by a sheet lightning effect. The animation needs to be on a loop and created in two aspect ratios so it can sit as a backdrop for a website homepage both mobile and desktop.

Requirements:

I have a clear brief that I can provide and am happy to get on an initial call to explain the requirement. The 3d hand model is already built, the 3d pentagon needs building from a 2d version I can provide, and the work is required in combining these two models, adding a rotation animation and animating in the lighting and lightning illumination effects.
I also have a handful of prebuilt glb file 3d logos that need basic rotation animations and converting to .mov files with transparent background.
