Professional Architectural CGI for Industrial Warehouse Apartments
Budget: $750 – $1,500 AUD
I am looking for a freelancer to produce around 6-7 professional CGI for industrial warehouse apartments. The 3D images need to be of the highest quality to look like a real photograph. The CGI needs to create a good balance between natural and artificial lighting. The perspective needs to be a wide-angle to make the space look as big as possible.
A detailed brief and a PDF of the plans is attached here. I can also provide a 3D file and drawings in DWG format if necessary. The selected candidate will have to prove competency by sharing some examples of their previous works.
We are happy to pay 200 - 300 AUD per View. The price is negotiable if the quality of work is extraordinary.
This may lead to long-term work if the quality of work is satisfactory.
The deadline for the above-mentioned works is 22/03/2022.
