Plot/Stand Plan - Part 1 of 4

I need the attached information to be converted into a digital plot layout plan which may be used to decide and plan plot/stand sizes and layouts for a potential upcoming project.

Plots 787-798 are to be consolidated into one large plot/stand.
Measurements and angles must be exact.

This is part 1 of a 4 stage job, each will be paid separately. The below is to show the upcoming work which will be required.

Part 1 - Have plots/stands drawn up/converted into editable digital file.
Part 2 - Proposals on site layouts to see what bests fit certain sized plots/stands within the large plot/stand.
Part 3 - Idea's for floor plans of homes to be constructed
Part 4 - 3D renders of each option as well as entire project.
