Plans and 3D model for building
Budget: $10 – $20 NZD
I am relocating another building to my property (across from the church) and I am needing the plans drawn up for the building based on the measurements I have taken on site and photographs.
The first stage of works are to replicate the existing building. The second stage is to make changes to the design to reflect the building works that will be done.
I require the following:
- a 3D model done of the interior and exterior - this will need to be to scale and the measurements I have taken, and include all building details as per the photos.
- a set of plans for consenting purposes (in the same format as were done for the Church building) - this will include: site plan, elevations, foundation plan, roof plan.
