Plans 2d and 3D Renderings Acad or Solidworks

I want a modification of this 3D project and the related renderings according to the 2 plans, the portal and the floor......
Key Requirements:

SolidWorks Plans:
- Two complete layout drawings (Ground & First Floor)
- Include precise dimensions, wall thicknesses, door/window placements, and detailed furniture layout
- Annotations and symbols per architectural standards
- Deliver in .dwg and .pdf formats

3D Renderings (Scandinavian Modern Style):

Ideal Skills and Experience:
