Photorealistic Visualisation - Modern Weekend Farm Villa Community -- 2

I am looking for a skilled Architect to create a photorealistic architectural visualisation for a Modern Weekend Farm Villa community.The ideal freelancer should have experience in architectural visualisation and a keen eye for detail.

Below are 5 deliverables for this project :
1. Layout of the Community with Farm Villas, including Roads, Landscaping and incorporate all the features of the community.
2. Layout of the Weekend Farm Villas.
Each farm plot will be of 1200 square yards, including builtup Villa of 2500sft, Landscaping, swimming pool, parking area, Gazebo etc. All the Villas will have identical design & layout.
4. Photorealistic 3D renders in Lumion that can translate my architectural visions into beautiful visuals as I would like to see the project brought to life in photorealistic 3D renders.
5. Innovative Design themes to select from.

Key Requirements:
- Creation of a photorealistic architectural visualisation for a modern Farm Weekend Villa Community
- Ensuring the design is visually appealing and meets the standards for design approval
- Incorporating feedback for revisions if needed

The ideal freelancer should have Excellent communication skills, and willing for revisions to the complete satisfaction of the client.
