Photorealistic Renders needed for a residential townhouse development

I am looking for a freelancer to do 2 x internal and 2 x external photorealistic renders of an 8 x townhouse development. I have architectural floorplans that can be used as the basis of the renders and the BIMx file available. Some screenshots of the BIMx file are attached for reference.

If possible, it would be great if someone could also edit it in to the google map imagery for the location to give it a realistic background, but that's not strictly necessary.
