Photorealistic Home Renovation Renderings

RE: House plan drawings and Renders

Renovation and extension on a 2 storey exisiting home
We have designed the project in Sweet Home 3d however we need a photorealistic render of some elevations for marketing purposes and a tidy up of the plans and notations

We will supply:
- floor plans in .SH3D or .PDF or .JPEG
- low res 3d Elevation Renders to show the approximate angles of the renders required

Scope of Works
- Plans drawn to scale with measurements in millimetres (mm) as per industry standards for Australia
- Apply hi resolution images for rendering purposes
- Produce plan set of:
- Existing site plan 1:150 scale
- Proposed lower floor plan 1:100 scale
- Proposed upper floor plan 1:100 scale
- Proposed site plan 1:150
- 4 x Elevation plans 1:100 scale (North/south/east/west)
- Sectional plan through house 1:100 scale
- 3 x Hi Resolution PHOTO REALISTIC renders (front + Front/Side + Rear/Side)

Completion and digital delivery required by 29th June 2025
