Outdoor Display Center Landscaping Design
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Our company manufactures concrete hardscaping products such as pavers, tiles, planters, bollards and benches. We are looking for a Landscape Architect to design an outdoor display center with a small office area.
We have an open land measuring 150ft x 150ft (45m x 45m) for this purpose(see layout.jpg)
We want the following features.
1) Office Area (Measuring 60x20ft). Office needs to give a modern contemporary look, single story with clear views of the outside. Office needs to be located somewhat centerally– you don’t have to design interior of the office, just the exterior look will be fine, only for visual representation.
2) Fountains/Waterfalls(see Fountain.jpg)
3) Patios
4) Pool(16x32ft approx) with changing rooms
5) BBQ Area with seating and firepit
6) Planters and benches at various junctions.
7) Walkways(with our various paving products) -see attached catalog
Your task is to design the layout, and 3d renders for outdoor display.
Some pictures are attached as example of what we want.
We can also provided seamless texture files for most of our products for your ease.
