Office Renovation Layout & Schedule Design
Budget: $750 – $1,500 AUD
I need a designer to develop a comprehensive layout for our office renovation, alongside a detailed schedule for furniture, lighting, and fittings. The design should optimize space while reflecting a clean, corporate aesthetic in line with our brand colors.
Key areas to focus on:
- Desks and seating area: This is our top priority. The layout should optimize desk placement for functionality and comfort for 8 people.
- Kitchen area: We envision a modern and sleek kitchen setup under the stairs.
- Focus booths: Incorporate 2-3 quiet and isolated spaces for individual work.
- Meeting room: A corporate meeting space that accommodates 4 people.
Ideal candidates for this project would have a strong background in interior design with a focus on corporate spaces. Experience with creating detailed schedules for furniture and fittings is a plus. Please note, supporting documents detailing the current layout will be provided.
The project should be completed within 1 month. The budget for this renovation is $30,000-50,000.
Include a detailed level of detail in the furniture and fittings schedule. We are open to suggestions for furniture, lighting, and fittings keeping in mind we are based in Australia, NSW. Some 3D artist impressions of the space would also be appreciated to enable us to visualise the space. Expect daily updates for collaboration and communication during the project.
