Office 3D Layout Design

I'm looking to have a 3D floor plan designed for my office. It's a single-floor office with a combination of an open plan and cubicle layout. The design should include the following areas:

- Private Offices: There are a total of six private offices in the office. Each office is a 6-seater space and will be used for different departments.
- Boss Cabin: There's a boss cabin that should be designed with an attached accounts section and administration space.

I'm looking for a designer who can create a visually appealing and functional 3D floor plan that reflects the combination of open plan and cubicle layout, while giving a clear picture of the private offices, boss cabin, and the space allocation for each department. The design should be both aesthetic and practical, providing an efficient workspace layout.
