New Construction 3D Drawing and Rendering with Animation
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Create 3D Drawing and Rendering with Animation for 1 (ONE) ACRE of land which includes all that is stated below.
1. Show Three (3) buildings and Three (3) driveways as shown on site plan according to slope and contour
a. Building A - Main Building 55' x 58' (3 levels)
:: FLOOR PLAN IS COMPLETE but Window sizes not decided
:: I will share youtube render video and we can decide window sizes together
b. Building B - Garage Building 30' x 60' (one level)
Show the driveway shared by Building A + B
c. Building C - Greenhouse 30' x 60' (3 levels)
2. Water Well
3. ALL Retaining Walls around the 1 acre (show waterfall as shown in site plan)
4. Underground Propane Tank
5. Septic and Septic Repair Area
6. Landscape - add trees and flowers or whatever you feel necessary.
This project WILL NOT BE COMPLETE unless all above are shown in 3D with Animation as seen in site plan and according to land slope/contour.
