Neoclassical Residential Architecture Design

I am seeking an experienced architect who can assist in developing design concepts for a small-scale residential project. My vision is to create a single-family home with a Neoclassical influence.

The house is 5 floors: basement, ground, first, second, third. The plans are only for the basement, ground & third floor.
