Need a floor plan and 3D rendering made with the living room/kitchen design for a residential home

Need this to be 2750 sqft exactly, no more and no less
Lot details:
Lot size is 70 feet wide and 130 feet in length. The house must be built 20 feet back from the front. 5 feet needs to be left from each side of the home from the fence. I also want enough room to add a pool/outdoor kitchen so the depth needs to be adjusted for this. eee
Design details:
I sketched out the floor plan as well as have a few examples of what I want to see for the front and back of the house. Also have an exact image of what I want for the living space, just want the kitchen and living room designs done. Need this done soon and all information
Exterior and Floor plan attached in the images. For the exterior I don't want the balcony on the front only the back side of the home. Interior is also posted below.
