Need a 2D & 3D floor plan drawn of interior and exterior of a CoLiving home

The CoLiving home has 5 bedrooms and 5 baths. I only have 7 separate pencil drawn sketches that consists only of the communal kitchen, a common room, the 2nd floor upstairs, the master suite, master bathroom, the co-working space, and a reading nook. The sketches show windows, doors and exits but not the measurements. I would like to have my sketches combined into one floor plan and the fixtures and furniture included in the final floor plan. I have the measurements taken of each room if required. I will attach the rough sketches on here after acceptance of job.

I am working on the exterior and I expect to have just 1 pencil drawing of the exterior. Black and white drawing is fine, no specific colors required, maybe red color just for the exit signs. I will be adding the 3D floor plan to my website so I would need the 3D formatted for websites. If there is any other info required, I can discuss with freelancer after acceptance of job.
