Need Architectural Floor Plan design for Daycare in California USA.

Job ID: 36578446

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I own a daycare center in Sacramento, California, I need to change room occupancy from daycare to education. Currently for each child, California regulation for daycare requires 35 ft.² of space. Since I will be converting from daycare to education-based, each student will only require 20 ft.² of space in each room . Fire inspector needs a detailed floor plan that shows all the exit signs and has the necessary details to approve the floor plan. The end goal is to increase room capacity. I created a floor plan in some online software but it was not sufficient because it did not have enough details. I attached the rejected plan by the fire department which are useful because it as correct measurement. There are two building that i need the floor plan updated. Building 2740 and Building 2800. Attachment "Architectural plan submitter requirement" is what the fire inspector provided as a guideline so our plan can be approved by the agency. Please review page 4 of "Architectural plan submitter requirement". Freelancer is responsible for updating any changes fire inspector suggests.

The payments will be made as following
- First payment will be released once the floor plans are created
-Second payment will be released once the fire inspector approves the floor plan without any additional changes.

-Project deadline is May, 16, 2023.
- Experience in designing floor plans for daycare or similar spaces
- Knowledge of California building codes and regulations of California
- Ability to create functional and efficient layouts for childcare facilities
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with me and make necessary adjustments to the design.

If you have any suggestions or ideas for the design, I'm open to hearing them. Please provide examples of your previous work and a rough estimate of your timeline and budget for this project.
