NASA Luna recycle challenge

Helo, I and my friend looking for a person who live in the United states. I registrated for the NASA Lunarecycle challange but but I need for somebody who live there. Me and my friends, we have some idea for the challange. I attached 2 document. I am a student at the university of Miskolc. I live in Hungary. If somebody do not have skills it is not problem.
