Modify Landscape for an entrance of 2 buildings

I am looking for a skilled landscaper who can modify the landscape for the entrances of two buildings. The main goal is to create a seating area and walkway and water features and plants for the entrance of the two towers and the surrounding areas with also some seating area for a popup cafe or small cafes that will enhance the overall appearance of the buildings.
