Modify House Plans to Match Original Design
Budget: $250 – $500 AUD
I need a skilled freelancer to modify my house plans to align with the original design and virtual tour presented during the preliminary stages. The modifications include:
- Adjusting the facade to match the supplied drawing.
- Aligning window sizes and locations as per the original design.
- Making very minor internal layout adjustments.
- Revising dimensions and roof layout as needed.
I will provide dimensioned plans, all aspect drawings, and the original image or virtual tour as references. The project needs to be completed within 7 days.
Scope:
1. Add windows and a door to the garage.
2. Move the toilet to the linen cupboard location, reduce its size, and add a window.
3. Adjust the entry point from the garage to the house.
4. Flip foyer stairs to align with the garage wall.
5. Align entry windows as per the facade drawing on the website.
6. Add a cupboard between the toilet and garage-to-foyer entry, facing the laundry.
7. Add windows to Bed 5 and its bathroom.
8. Increase window sizes for:
- Butler's kitchen
- Office (ground floor) to match facade alignment
9. Reduce kitchen size as per your sketch for visibility from entry to rear and allow space for a larger fridge opening.
10. Ensure rear porch and balcony share a common roof as per original design.
11. Replace timber posts with pillars in line with original design.
12. Relocate all services (meter box, hot water system, water tank) to the southern boundary.
13. Ensure all aspects, including facade, align with your reference design.
