Modern Wooden Finish Sofa Design

I need a modern styled sofa and layout design. The sofa should have a wooden finish and be simple, without additional features like reclining seats or storage compartments. The seating arrangement is crucial, as it will be for a family of 4 to 5 people, with specific consideration for the TV location. The TV will be placed on a TV stand, so the seating should be optimally arranged around that.

Key Requirements:
- A modern, wooden finish sofa design
- Layout for a 398 SQft living and study room combined
- Seating arrangement for a family of 4 to 5 people
- Consideration for TV placement on a TV stand
- Simple design without additional features on the sofa.

Note:
1. Living room and study room sliding door has been canceled and converted as living area for guest.
2. Additional wall after column seen in drawing towards kitchen from living room has not been made to keep kitchen area visible.
3. If any rack or side table to keep artefacts is recommended we are ok.
4. Total design area will be 398 SQft living and study room combined. Drawing measurement is in ft centre to centre.
