Modern Villa AI Interior Design
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am finalising plans for a modern villa and need an interior designer who is already comfortable weaving AI-powered workflows (Midjourney, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion, or comparable tools) into every phase of the creative process.
Scope
• Living room – conceived primarily as a family space, so layouts must encourage conversation, children’s play, and effortless flow to the outdoors.
• Bedrooms – peaceful, modern retreats that still feel warm and personal.
• Landscaping & swimming-pool zone – contemporary hardscape, planting palettes, and lighting that tie seamlessly to the interior mood.
What I expect
1. AI-generated concept boards that translate my brief into clear colour, material, and furniture directions.
2. Iterative 3D renders and short AI walk-throughs to test spatial ideas quickly.
3. Final high-resolution visuals, scaled floor plans, and an editable source package (DWG/SketchUp/Revit or equivalent) ready for contractors and suppliers.
4. A concise specification sheet listing finishes, key furniture pieces, lighting, and outdoor materials, all aligned to real-world availability.
Acceptance criteria
• All rooms and outdoor areas must reflect a consistent, modern aesthetic.
• Living-room layout must seat at least eight people comfortably while keeping circulation open for children.
• Day- and night-time renders delivered for each space.
• Source files organised and fully editable.
