Modern Villa 3D & Elevations
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I already have a complete set of floor plans for a residential villa and now need them transformed into a cohesive modern visual package. The goal is to see the project come alive through high-quality 3D renders and accurate architectural elevations that cover every angle of daily living.
Style & scope
Everything must follow a clean, modern aesthetic. I want the exterior façade, interior rooms and all landscape or outdoor spaces modeled so I can review how materials, lighting and proportions work together before we break ground.
What I expect to receive
• Photorealistic 3D exterior and interior renders (day and night scenes)
• Detailed elevations for each façade with material call-outs
• A landscape render that integrates hardscape, softscape and lighting elements
• Source files in a common format (SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max or similar) plus high-resolution images ready for presentation
Acceptance
I’ll consider the work complete once the visuals match the supplied plans, reflect the requested modern style and maintain realistic proportions. A quick turnaround on initial drafts, followed by two review rounds for any tweaks, will keep us on schedule.
If you are comfortable working in tools such as 3ds Max, V-Ray/Lumion or their equivalents and can commit to crisp, contemporary detailing, I’m ready to share the plans and start right away.
