I'm looking for a skilled renovator to modernize and render the top floor of my house. The work will be based on specific instructions and using the images I'll provide for rendering. It's a total of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 landing and 1 office (I want to join the second bedroom and office into one room.)
