Modern Single-Floor House Plan Design
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I'm seeking a skilled architectural designer to create comprehensive plans for my modern, single-floor home. This task encompasses creating a floor plan, elevation plan, and site plan.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Designing a modern, single-floor house based on my preferences.
- Creating a detailed floor plan that efficiently uses the available space.
- Developing an elevation plan that illustrates front, rear, and side views of the house.
- Producing a site plan that displays the house on the property.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficient in architectural design and planning.
- Familiarity with modern home design.
- Detailed-oriented and can interpret my vision accurately.
- Prior experience in designing single-floor homes will be a plus.
**** We feel like we pretty much know what we want, just trying to pull it all togeather into a good set of drawings. We are still trying to work on a front porch design. The long gable roof structure is the existing 3 bed/2 bath with garage, that will be connected to the new home. The new home will contain a master suite in the back with an office in the front. Have included a rough draft of the floor plan. The kitchen/living/dining/sitting area will be all in a large room with a fireplace on the back wall. The back wall looking out from this main room will be nearly 100% windows.
