I’m ready to refresh my home inside and out and would like a cohesive, modern look that carries seamlessly from the landscape through every exterior element and into each interior room. The property is purely residential, so every decision—from curb appeal to furniture selection—should enhance day-to-day living and add long-term value.
Scope of work
• Landscape: concept plans, planting scheme, lighting layout, hardscape suggestions and a maintenance-friendly plant list.
• Exterior: façade treatments, color palette, outdoor lighting, material specifications and any detailing that ties back to the garden design.
• Interior: room-by-room layouts, furniture and fixture selection, mood boards, 3D visuals, and guidance on finishes that match the exterior materials.
Acceptance criteria
• All spaces feel visually connected through a modern aesthetic: clean lines, functional forms, and a restrained, contemporary palette.
• Drawings and renders are delivered in formats I can hand straight to contractors (PDF/CAD/SketchUp or similar).
• A single master material/finish schedule aligns interior, exterior and landscape selections.
• Revisions: at least two rounds per area to fine-tune details.
