Modern Residential Architecture Rendering

I'm seeking a talented architect and 3D visualizer for rendering a modern-style, residential building. This is a house, and I have a picture from the outside exterior frontal area, I just need it rendered, however I only have a real life picture, you would have to turn this into a rendering if possible, please message me for details of the rendering, how it should be done etc. The scope of the project involves creating basic exterior renderings, so the level of detail will not need to extend to the interiors or intricate landscaping.
