Modern Render for Brick House Extension

I need a professional for a rendering project of my detached bungalow extension. This is for sales purposes only and does not need to be to code / accurate, only for conceptual purposes.

If you could provide a quote for a proposed floor plan & 3D visual of a side extension and attic conversion that would be great.

The area to the side of the house is approx 6.8m wide to the boundary and 8.4m deep. Cieling height in the house is 2.6m.
