Modern Open-Plan Redesign

I'm looking for a skilled designer to create a modern floor plan for my home. The main focus is on aesthetics while also considering functionality.

Key requirements:
- Open-plan kitchen and lounge area
- Designed for entertainment, cooking, and relaxation
- New shower room/toilet
- Remove the bathroom from the bedroom at the end of the first floor
