Modern Open Plan Interior Design

I’m looking for an interior design freelancer to design a kitchen, dining area and lounge area to make optimal use of a ground floor open plan space. The space is for a new build property and the space can be used however you feel works best for design and practicality. We want a modern design that is elegant and neutral. Not afraid of dark colours - just whatever you think looks good. Freelancer must have an appreciation of modern interior design trends and be able to present ideas in 3D. Kitchen should be created mostly using standard size units which can therefore be recreated without too much custom cabinetry. Project is UK based so must have some familiarity with building control requirements as well.
