Modern Office Design & 3D Rendering

I'm looking for a talented designer with experience in creating modern office spaces. The primary focus of this design will be employee workstations, but it will also need to accommodate private offices and breakout areas. There should be a focus on external aesthetic of building also.
Key Responsibilities:
- Existing office space that require a re-layout and design improvement.
- Incorpoate a design within the existing office space that is modern efficient.
- Provide high-quality 3D renderings of the internal and external of the office
Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in office design and 3D rendering software.
- Previous experience designing office spaces on existing spaces
- Ability to create functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.
