Modern Multifamily Development in NC

I'm seeking an experienced architect for a modern multifamily design project in North Carolina. The development will consist of 128 apartment units spread over 5 floors of stick-framed apartments atop 2 levels of concrete podium parking. Additionally, there will be 3,500 sqft of retail space on the main level.

Key project requirements:
- Architectural style: Modern
- Amenities: Fitness center, swimming pool, rooftop terrace
- Interior design: Open floor plan
