Modern Medium-Sized Two-Story Home Design
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 USD
I'm seeking an experienced home designer to craft a unique, modern blueprint for a 2,100 s.f., two-story house that will sit within a forested area high on a hill overlooking a river.
Key Project Details:
- The house needs to be designed in the modern style (think Frank Lloyd Wright), showcasing elegance, simplicity, lots of glass and high ceilings, and cutting edge design principles.
- I need the design to be energy efficient (I'm going to build with ICF, incorporate geothermal and solar) and utilize sustainable materials, where possible.
Skills and Experience:
- Prior experience of architectural design in a modern aesthetic (at least five years of experience)
- Knowledge of building regulations and safety protocols (the house will be built in Maryland)
- Expertise in sustainable building design would be a plus.
- A strong portfolio showcasing previous work on similar scale projects (at least four projects)
