Modern Luxury Home Design

I have a new-build residence in Sydney and need a complete modern-luxury interior scheme that ties seamlessly into the surrounding landscape and illuminated pool area. Council-approved architectural plans are ready; what I require is the full design layer on top of those drawings.

The scope covers the entire house—every room, corridor and transitional space—plus the gardens and pool surrounds. Aesthetic appearance is my top priority, so I want each space to feel cohesive, refined and visually striking. The preferred palette is “Modern luxury Sofia white Calvary’s gold”, and I’d like you to use that as the foundation while still introducing complementary textures and accents that elevate the look.

I expect detailed, build-ready documentation:
• Concept boards and mood images that capture the modern-luxury feel
• 3D renders or walkthroughs that clearly show spatial flow, lighting and material finishes
• Fully dimensioned interior plans, elevations and sections with annotated finishes and fixtures
• Landscape layout with planting schedule and hard-scape materials that echo the interior palette
• A dedicated pool-lighting plan specifying fixture types, locations, beam angles and control gear
• Comprehensive schedules for flooring, wall treatments, cabinetry, sanitaryware, fittings, furniture, decorative lighting and exterior luminaires, including Australian product codes or equivalent specifications
• Installation notes where any custom detailing, specialty finishes or integrated lighting solutions demand extra guidance

All documentation should comply with local building standards and be formatted so my builder and trades can execute without further clarification.
