Modern Living Room 3D Design

I need a photorealistic 3-dimensional interior concept of my living room, capturing a clean, modern aesthetic. The goal is to see accurate proportions, lighting, materials, and furniture placement before I commit to any actual renovations or purchases.

Here is what I’m after:
• A detailed 3D model of the living room space based on the measurements I will supply (floor plan and photos are ready).
• At least three high-resolution rendered views that showcase the main seating area, media wall, and overall ambience under both day and evening lighting.
• The source file in a common format (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, or similar) so I can request tweaks later if needed.
