I'm seeking a skilled landscape designer who can create a captivating, modern landscape design for my property.
Key Requirements:
- The design should cover my medium-sized property (500 sqft - 1000 sqft), including courtyards, front yard, backyard, and pavements.
- A blend of concrete, wood, and stone elements should be incorporated into the design.
The design should be:
- Visually appealing and modern
- Simple in style
- Easy to maintain
The deliverables expected from the project include a 2D representation of the design, as well as 3D renders. The designer should be receptive to feedback and willing to make modifications as needed.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in landscape design, particularly modern styles
- Proficiency in both 2D and 3D design software
- A good understanding of how to balance aesthetic appeal with practicality and easy maintenance.
