Modern Kitchen Bar Laundry Design

I am re-imagining my entire food-prep zone and want a cohesive plan that covers a modern kitchen, an integrated bar area, and a functional laundry. The look I’m after is clean-lined and contemporary, anchored in neutral tones so the space feels bright, calm, and timeless. For the work surfaces I would like Cesastone specified throughout; it must flow visually from the kitchen island to the bar counter and into any secondary worktops in the laundry.

What I need from you is a full drawing package that I can hand straight to my cabinetmaker and builder:

• Scaled floor plan showing kitchen, bar and laundry layouts, including appliance locations and plumbing/electrical points
• Elevations and cross-sections for all cabinetry runs
• Material and finish schedule highlighting the neutral palette and Cesastone selections
• 3D perspectives or renders so I can visualise the finished result
• A concise fixture list (sinks, taps, hardware) so ordering is straightforward

Please work in the software you’re most comfortable with—AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar—so long as I receive both editable files and PDFs ready for print. Accuracy is key: dimensions must be metric and coordinated across every sheet.
