I’ll share the 2D CAD layout, complete room dimensions and a folder of inspiration images; your task is to turn that information into photorealistic 3D stills and a concise walkthrough video that showcases the overall flow.
Scope
• Style: clean-lined, Modern interiors with neutral tones throughout.
• Areas to visualise: Living room, all Bedrooms and the Kitchen.
• Final output: high-resolution JPEG/PNG renders plus an MP4 walkthrough long enough to give a sense of circulation without lingering—think one smooth camera path from entry to each room.
Key notes
– Keep furniture proportions true to the provided dimensions.
– Lighting should feel natural; daylight is preferred, with accent lighting where it adds warmth.
– Colours stay within a neutral palette but small décor pops are welcome if they complement the scheme.
– Please match finishes (flooring, wall textures, cabinetry) to my reference images or find close alternatives.
Deliverables
1. Draft renders for review (one angle per space)
2. Final 4K stills: minimum two perspectives per room
