Modern Interior Design Revision

hello ! I am currently in processing a new home under project of real estate company which means design & build by the company and( exterior design NOT able to changed) interior design is able to redesign!
i am searching for a skilled and creative designer to redesign for a residential plot (approximately 400 sqm land ) 3 floor (9*12 each floor).
The project involves redesigning the living room, bedroom, and kitchen, the yard, laundry room, gym room, cinema room. There's also a requirement for landscaping design. The goal is to develop a space that is modern, fresh,minimalistic, providing comfort and style in a simple and clear-cut layout.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Proposing and implementing design concepts
-Provide a couple of design ideas for the yard
-Forecasting budget and materials needed
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Experience in modern and minimalist design
- Understanding of various furniture dimensions and arrangements to achieve a minimalist look.
- Proven track record in residential design particularly in rooms mentioned
- An understanding of landscaping design
