Modern Home Expansion Design
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am looking for an expert architect or interior designer who can assist in planning and designing for my home expansion project.
Key requirements include:
-10 foot ceilings for the new expanded areas
-bottom floor expansion would be like a 2nd master bedroom with closets against the long-side wall
-2nd floor expansion can be a nice office that looks out into the backyard, or an open bedroom/office combo
-two story expansion for the backyard area to be expanded
-shower to accommodate at least two people at once
-2nd story can be fully separated or a mezzanine
stairs to second floor can be on from the outside and/or minimized on the inside
-goal is to not change the inside of the current house to save money
--The expansion of the living room and kitchen may be on a future date after expansion into the backyard but hopefully all may be done at once. expansion of kitchn does not need any changes in range, stove, fridge, sink etc.
- Designing an additional living space with a modern architectural flair. I'm aiming for a clean, streamlined, and minimalist aesthetic.
- Your design needs to incorporate an open concept layout, which will enhance the flow of space and
- Draw up technical schematics, 3D renders, or any visual representations of the project, to aid in better understanding the end result and communicate with the builders.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Proven experience in designing home expansions.
- Excellent understanding of modern architecture and interior design.
- Familiarity with open concept designs.
