2D & 3D Modern Design for Food Stall

I am looking for a skilled designer to create a complete 2D and 3D layout for a small food stall specializing in egg-based items. I have a basic hand-drawn sketch of the layout with dimensions, which I will provide.
Project Requirements:
2D Layout Design: Develop a detailed 2D layout based on the provided dimensions and requirements.The layout should include all key elements: Cooking Area, Storage Area, Serving Counter, Cash Counter, and utility placements (e.g., ventilation, power, water).Label each section clearly with dimensions and descriptions.
3D Design:Create a realistic 3D model of the stall based on the 2D layout.Include textures and materials to represent surfaces, equipment, and branding.The design should allow for a top-down view, side view, and a walkthrough if possible.
Design Aesthetics:The stall should have a modern, clean look with an emphasis on efficiency and space optimization.Branding elements like signage and menu boards should be incorporated into the design.
File Formats:Provide the final designs in both editable (e.g., CAD, SketchUp) and standard formats (e.g., PNG, JPEG, PDF for 2D; OBJ, FBX for 3D).Include high-quality renders of the 3D model from multiple angles.
